Afterschool Adventurers Club
At Dallas Harris Elementary School
The Afterschool Adventurers Club is an outdoor enrichment program facilitated by the National Outdoor Learning Alliance that transforms afterschool hours into meaningful time outside. Designed for elementary-aged students, the program blends play, hands-on learning, and nature exploration to support physical health, social connection, and emotional wellbeing. Students build confidence, curiosity, and resilience through place-based activities that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and a lasting connection to the natural world.

The Afterschool Adventurers Club offers a whole-child approach to afterschool care, allowing children to engage with nature, expand their knowledge, and develop crucial life skills. The carefully crafted curriculum will encourage participants to explore the wonders of the outdoors, engage in hands-on activities, and foster a deep appreciation for the environment.

Cost is $17 for one day a week or $30 for two days a week.
Autobilling is required, and payments are split up across the total number of sessions your child(ren) attend to keep monthly billing consistent.

We offer the provision of outdoor gear for the entire session, and our knowledgeable educators will provide valuable tips on maintaining comfort throughout the program while being outdoors.
