February Nature News
Dear Supporters,
This month, we are celebrating the mid-way point of winter and feeling thankful for our community's donations of rechargeable hand warmers to our outdoor educators! Did you know that EverWild Forest School has an Amazon Wishlist and even accepts used gear to bolster our gear library for children in need? As winter turns to spring, many people are cleaning out their closets. If you have gently used children's gear, backpacks, or water bottles that you would like to donate, please reach out to ilyse@everwildforestschool.org to schedule a pick-up time!
There are so many ways you can make an impact on the lives of EverWild Forest School students. You can even give the gift of time and volunteer directly in our classes! Check out our volunteer spotlight below, where Terry shares his story as he enters his second year of volunteer service in our programs.
We are incredibly grateful for your support, no matter the form it comes in.
With gratitude,
National Outdoor Learning Alliance Team
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to volunteer in an EverWild class? Our volunteers share with us that their time spent at EverWild is deeply meaningful, healing, and fun!
In our classes, a volunteer isn't simply donating their time. A volunteer at EverWild Forest School is invited to share their special talents, interests, and knowledge. Our students and teachers have been greatly impacted by the service of our volunteers!
We know that you deeply believe in our mission! If you've ever wanted to share your time and talents, now is the BEST time to join us in the WILD!
No matter if you can spare just one day a month or dedicate yourself weekly, your contribution can create a lasting impression within the EverWild Forest School community. With classes held daily throughout the Treasure Valley, there's ample opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the adventure alongside our dedicated students and teachers. Reach out to Taylor at taylor@everwildforestschool.org today to discover how you can become a valued member of our EverWild family!

Your donations are critical to the EverWild Forest School program's successful operation of our year-round offerings for local Treasure Valley students. Snow, shine, or rain, your support is creating a future where all children build resilience, confidence, and connection to nature.
